• 3 bananas
  • 1 ¾ Cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • ⅓ Cup coconut oil
  • ¼ Cup honey
  • ¼ Cup organic cane sugar
  • ¼ Cup Vanilla Super Creamer
  • 2 Tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tsp baking soda
  • ½ Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • ⅓ Cup dark chocolate chips
  • ⅓ Cup chopped walnuts


1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and place baking rack in the middle of the oven. Grease loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
2. With a hand mixer or using a stand mixer, beat coconut oil, honey and sugar on medium speed until well combined.
3. Add eggs, almond milk, banana, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed for one minute.
4. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to wet ingredients, but be sure not to over mix.
5. For the grand finale of this chocolaty banana goodness, fold in the milk chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Bake for 60-65 minutes.
